Delivery

The delivery method depends on the bought product.
If possible, we will ship the products with DPD Delivery Service. In the event size or weight does not permit this it will be shipped via a freight service.

Because the weight and size of our products vary a lot, an estimate of the shipping cost will be given when ordering products from our online store. Please be advised that it's an estimate, and can derive from the actual shipping cost. In this case you have the right to cancel your order with no obligation.

If you wish to receive an obligation free quote of the shipping charges beforehand, then you can contact our customer service department.

Orders are assessed manually on their size and weight, and are packaged in the best possible way.

If you have received your order damaged, then we recommend to reject the delivery from the provider and contact our customer service department.
In the event the damage is not immediately visible then we suggest to contact our service department.

Picking up, or arranging transportation yourself is possible as well. No fee will be charged for this. If you decide to arrange the transportation yourself Horti Innovations B.V. does not take responsibility for any damage caused during transport.

Since we are working with a third party transportation company we unfortunately cannot give you assurance of the exact delivery date.
We will do our utmost best to deliver the products on the desired date of the customer, but no rights can be granted.
